Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds Eligibility

  1. Physical comics, graphic novels, and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original, unopened condition.

  2. Digital comics and downloads are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue that prevents access.

  3. Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact our us at Tony@bubscomicsncards.com  with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

  3. Returns must be shipped with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds 

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  2. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  2. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at Tony@bubscomicsncards.com.
